ADP Mobile Solutions Review

ADP Mobile Solutions is the application developed and launched by one of the largest American human resources companies — ADP. The company was founded more than 70 years ago and it is one of the market leaders. The application allows users to access all the vital HR information in real-time easily. It is completely free to install and download on the Android and iOS devices. You can find the app on Google Play and Apple Store, respectively.

The application uses the light colors: white on the background and blue for the buttons. The content is divided into different blocks for better perception. Also, there are a lot of charts and graphs that visualize your performance and key metrics. We really liked the way how it was realized. On the top, there is the main chart with the name and percents on each part. A little bit lower, there is analytic and more detailed information about each result. As such, you can view the values of the parameters not only in percents.

The application is a convenient way to access all HR insights and useful metrics anytime. Among them:

• W2 statements;
• Time offs;
• Pays info;
• Follow the employees’ attendance ad track their working time;
• Timesheets and cards;
• Personal plan information, and so on. 

Also, users can contact with their colleagues and perform manager features, like time cards and time off approves. You cannot worry about the security, as all application transactions and requests are routed through ADP's secure servers, and network traffic is encrypted. Note, that the app is only available for the companies that are the subscribers of ADP products. Therefore, not all features can be listed inside the mobile application, but only those that match your subscription plan.

Overall, the ADP Mobile Solutions interface is decent. The content is divided into categories, so it is easy to find the metrics you are looking for. Also, we liked the colors and block-based system. The main page has three menu tabs: 

• Dashboard: here, you can find the latest stats about your company;
• Insights;
• History. 

It is very simple to switch between them. By the way, the navigations are intuitive and easy-to-remember.

It is completely free to install and download. Moreover, the application automatically synchronizes all information across the devices.
